Abstract

Tracheobronchopathia osteochondroplastica (TO) is a rare disorder characterized by osseous and cartilaginous submucosal nodules projecting into the lumen of the trachea and bronchi. We present clinical features, helical CT, virtual bronchoscopy and fiberoptic bronchoscopy findings of TO in an elderly patient presenting with recurrent respiratory tract infections.
