Many different forms of nebulizer treatment have been developed over the last few years and many drugs such as bronchodilators, corticosteroids and antibiotics are being used by nebulizers. The pathophysiological basis of nebulization treatment, indications and practical applications of nebulization are assessed in this article. When prescribing these drugs in our country, the physician should consider the indications very carefully and make sure that the patient will use the nebulizer.
