Abstract

Abstract

Yellow nail syndrome is a disorder characterized by yellow nails, lymphedema, pleural effusion, sinusitis and bronchiectasis. We reported a 16-year-old male with yellow nails, dyspne, and productive cough. High-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) and sinus tomography scans showed bronchiectasis and sinusitis. Based on the signs of patient, we made a diagnosis of yellow nail syndrome. The patient was treated by antibiotic for infection and was discharged in a good condition.
