Abstract

Abstract

A 56-year-old male patient was admitted to our center with complaints of cough and hemoptysis. Radiological examination demonstrated left hilar mass and right paratracheal mass. Fiberoptic bronchoscopy was performed and mass lesions both in right and left upper lobe bronchi were seen. The pathological examination of the biopsy material obtained from the mass in the right upper lobe bronchus was squamous cell carcinoma and that of mass in the left upper lobe bronchus was small cell carcinoma. Since it represents a rare occasion, the case having synchronous lung cancer was presented in this report.
