Abstract
Esophagogastric pathologies are seldom seen in mediastinal lesions. Intrathoracic gastric tumors together with short esophagus and hiatus hernia should be considered differential diagnosis of posterior mediastinal masses. We present a rare case with intrathoracic gastric carcinoma, short esophagus and hiatus hernia.
