Abstract

The majority of cancerous metastases to the eye form breast and lung cancers. Sixty-nine-year-old patient was admitted to our clinic with blurred vision one month after taking 6 cure kemiotherapy for lung adenocarcinoma. Fundoscopy examination revealed irregularity in the macula and metastasis in the optical coherence tomography (OCT). It should be considered that there may be metastases in patients with eye symptoms with diagnosis of lung cancer.
